An experienced campus support supervisor is required to ensure the campus is safe and secure, and students have a positive learning experience. The suitable candidate will supervise a team of campus support officers and promote positive behaviours throughout the campus. The campus support supervisor will provide a friendly, supporting presence to students and be able to de-escalate behaviour related incidents.
The ideal candidate will hold and maintain a
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
- Hold, or be working towards a First Aid at Work Certificate.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate in a calm, professional manner.
- Have experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques and be able to positively manage learner behaviour.
- Be available to work between the hours or 7am-10pm across campuses.
- To regularly monitor and report any concerns.
- Undertake open and lock up duties. Which exclude unlocking and locking the campuses.
