This is an exciting new role to support our HE students through their qualifications by providing advice and guidance, signposting support services, supporting financial and access applications and raising awareness of key topical issues. The suitable candidate will enhance the student experience by bringing support and enriching activities to our HE students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HE support services. To be successful in this role you have to be organised and an excellent communicator who is proactive in reaching out to internal and external support agencies to enhance the student experience. A knowledge of safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing support and services would be beneficial in this role.
