Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am -5pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

• Registering potential property purchasers
• Arranging viewings
• Providing feedback to vendors and purchasers
• Sales negotiating (agreeing a price) between vendor and purchaser
• Liaising with solicitors / conveyancers
• Maximising your opportunities and gaining new business

SALES NEGOTIATOR PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience in property sales / estate agency
• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Problem solving and negotiating skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Computer literate
