Job Title: Automation Tester / Software Test Automation Engineer

Working within a team of developers and testers you will contribute to the ongoing development of software products and services for both our own family of software and bespoke customer specific applications. You will be responsible for delivering automated testing through the Cypress test tool with some manual testing and the creation of technical documents ranging from software test scripts to installation scripts. You will need to be experienced in running and testing software to enable the creation of the required technical scripts and guides to a level acceptable to the appropriate regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

• Creation of automated test scripts based on defined functional specifications and accompanying test data using the Cypress test tool Maintaining new and existing automated test scripts
• Creation of test plans
• Reviewing and running of automated and manual test scripts
• Keep abreast of the appropriate regulatory requirements

The Candidate:

• Software and testing background
• The use of Cypress testing tool for Functional and end to end testing
• Technical authoring experience would be an advantage
• Manual test experience will be an advantage
• Cypress Test Tools
• Cucumber based Tests written in Cypress Framework
