Your role
Clients' businesses are evolving at a rapid pace, presenting unique challenges and opportunities. As a result, clients' priorities are changing, which impacts how we engage with and serve them now-and in the future. The Global Voice of Client (VoC) program was developed to listen to, understand, and respond to clients' shifting needs. This program will draw together market data and client-led insights from across the firm, identifying and sharing key insights with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions (Where to Play, How to Win) on growth opportunities. VoC will also enhance client relationships, drive a more client-centric culture, increase global consistency, elevate the maturity of member firm VoC programs, and bring together the community to share best practices.

Mission: Deloitte's Voice of Client mission is to enable the firm to serve clients with agility in a deliberate, personalized, and powerful way by understanding and amplifying client and marketplace insights.

As a member of the global Voice of Client team, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities to deliver on the mission:

  • Drive project management activities
  • Develop and own creation of reports, leadership presentations, and ad hoc requests
  • Ensure validity and accuracy of the data in the reports developed by the team
  • Own and drive the weekly projects and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Conduct training sessions with broader group to educate tools/areas to enhance capabilities
  • Identify and explore the data analytic capabilities to support develop insights; leverage existing information from Jupiter
  • Draw together insights captured across the firm to develop global Voice of Clients reports
  • Explore and understand current market sensing capabilities across the firm
  • Help identify and understand the strategic needs of the firm and prioritize opportunities
  • Develop and support the development of VOC Center of Excellence to regularly share client and marketplace insights
  • Leverage existing data/analysis to build VoC insights (across all client segments) · Develop and execute communications strategy for the program

Location: London based role

Work pattern: This is a fixed term contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.

Your professional experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Proven relevant experience
  • Experience with strategy, change management, and/or longer-term engagement execution
  • Project / Program Management: Ability to structure work and engage with broad network of process leads/managers; and track that work
  • Strategic thinking / Problem solving: Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Executive Presence: Engages with diverse executive leadership in an appropriate and effective manner to communicate findings, build confidence in results/process, and promote decision-making
  • Communications: Excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to create as well as deliver effective presentations
