Associate Director - Mission Critical
Up to £100,000 per annum + Competitive Benefit Package (Permanent)

Our client is a very well-known international multidisciplinary consultancy. They are well known for delivering large schemes within the south and have built a name for themselves within the building services arena. The London office is around 100 strong in engineers of varying disciplines. They are currently looking to add an Associate Director to the team of either Mechanical or Electrical bias to help lead technical delivery on Mission Critical projects and give structure to their already existing team. They are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who is going to help take the consultancy to the next level. The key responsibilities of this Associate Director will be to deliver large-scale Data Centre projects to the highest standard while also developing the existing client base and adding to it. This role will suit someone in a similar position that is used to being in a front-facing role managing stakeholders. You will possess good commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design and being capable of incorporating those technologies into the Mission Critical sector. The position will ideally suit someone who is currently working in consultancy and is prepared to get stuck in on a day-to-day basis.
Associate Director Requirements:
Degree in Either Electrical, mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Acted as Lead on major schemes
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience in financial deliverables
Experience in work winning within London & the South of England
CEng- ideally with CIBSE recognised accreditation
Minimum of 10 years within a consultancy environment in the building services industry
