Job Description

My client has a unique and exciting opportunity for an EUW Separation Project Manager. The PM will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of work that will enable the separation of end user workspace technology following the organisation's sale to a PE investor.

The project manager will enable a smooth and on time exit from the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) in place, on budget and with minimal disruption to the operational business in the UK. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the workstream's projects including migration and risk mitigation around this. The PM will also be responsible for the planning and delivery off any new technology and services and move them into a BAU state.

My client is looking for a PM who has worked on similar corporate 'at scale' end user computing (EUC) separation projects or projects that have involved substantial migrations ideally of Office 365, Active Directory, device management solutions, Citrix etc for reasons other than separation. The PM will need a good knowledge of project management methods including Prince2 and MSP as well a good knowledge of programme planning and monitoring techniques. This really is a unique opportunity to be involved in a complex separation programme, the likes of which do not often present themselves. This role will suit someone well organised who is a good problem solver, able to preempt and solve problems before they arise.

My client requires a start in mid-December and the assignment will run for 12 months. I have a daily rate of £600 to £630pd inside IR35. If you have worked on similar projects before, and you are looking for your next challenge, get in touch with Andrew Vaux -
