Peripatetic Care Home Manager - London Region. 60-65k plus 2.5k car allowance

As Peripatetic Home Manager across our London region you should have a great track record of managing services recognised by the CQC as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' and be able to provide immediate leadership to services within the portfolio in the absence of their current manager. We have 6 Care and Nursing Homes within the London Region, 5 of which are nursing.

This post is subject to compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 ("the Regulations"), which requires the post holder to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.

About you:

• Experience in implementing sustainable improvements within a care or nursing home setting as a Home Manager (3 years)
• Proven track record in turning around homes, improving services and leaving sustainable change
• Ability to build strong and effective teams
• Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about the delivery of first-class care and nursing
• Budgetary management
• Level 5 qualification or equivalent with 3 years management experience
• Nurse PIN desirable but not essential
• Flexible to travel across the region
• Driving licence and own car
