The post holder will have a degree of autonomy and professional accountability. The post holder will be expected to be a specialist in their field and take the lead within the IFS Team for researching and promoting evidence based practice, ensuring that improved knowledge and skills and excellent practice are embedded in the IFS Team and the wider service provision.
