For hand care products that smell better than your favourite fragrance, Let's Sanitise offers sanitising mists, gels, hand wash and hand lotion, perfect for on the go and in the home. Since the launch of our capsule 'scent wardrobe', we've now grown our shop and we're so excited to have added a range of hand lotions and hand washes.

Due to our continued growth, we are now expanding our team and are HIRING an experienced Business Development Executive!

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year, OTE £45,000 per year

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're expanding our team and are looking for super star sales professionals to contribute to our growth. The aim of the post is to achieve monthly revenue targets through building your network of contacts and relationships, primarily by phone and email and where necessary video meetings.

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities and moving leads through the sales cycle, understanding the difficulties our clients face and educating them on how our solutions can fulfil their needs.

On a typical day you will:

  • Source new client contacts and develop business opportunities
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients and decision makers
  • Understand client challenges and propose solutions
  • Manage consistent outreach to client contacts that grow, upsell and renew contracted business
  • Build a strong, in-depth knowledge of sector and role specific challenges
  • Educate your contacts to appreciate the advantages of our products
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities across our product
  • Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and targets

ABOUT YOU

You will be confident within the B2B environment with at least 12 months sales experience. You'll possess a consultative sales style and be able to demonstrate a track record of winning and retaining business.
