Your role

  • Lead business metric and win reporting for the Global Assurance business performed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Responsible for development materials to support Global Assurance Executive meetings as well as other critical business meetings/webcasts
  • Assist with items related to the Global Assurance Central Team including identification of new resources, onboarding, and monitoring of team performance
  • Manage Global Assurance budget and investment tracking
  • Support the Global Assurance Executives in multiple weekly ad hoc/PMO tasks in a timely manner
  • Contribute on an as needed basis to assistance with work across Central Team strategic priorities/enablers
  • Support the Global Assurance C&I Leader in driving Clients and Industries activities with the objective of growing the Assurance footprint on key global client programs, in coordination with the wider Global Leadership
  • Own and drive the development of the Assurance Pursuit center to build a one stop shop for engagement teams
  • Build out, maintain, and support Assurance Industry communities and community initiatives
  • Develop and manage Global Assurance GC&I KPIs including reporting process, analysis and dissemination of target metrics across the GC&I pillars.
  • Develop materials and collateral to use by Member Firm practitioners and enable network development through the facilitation of Leader calls.

Location: London based role

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.

Your professional experience

  • Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills with ability to execute on details and adjust quickly
  • Exceptional technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive/self starting attitude to support any business need at any time, and operate in an always on manner
  • Ability to remain flexible in an evolving environment; high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to have a 'big picture' view by identifying linkages across projects, geographies and workstreams
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with Executive/key stakeholders within a company to build consensus and achieve goals through influence
  • Preferred experience in Audit & Assurance or Consulting
