Salary: £40k (DOE)
Position: Permanent - Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well known estate agency with offices in South West London.
The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and keen! You must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record within the property industry and show that you have considerable expertise about residential lettings and at negotiating tenancy agreements.
The ideal candidate for this Lettings Negotiator position should have at least one years' experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities..
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator(Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Local knowledge of South West London beneficial
- Full driving license and car owner
