Insurance Sales Advisor

Our client, a leading insurance provider, are currently looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor to join their business within their central Manchester office.

As an Insurance Sales Advisor you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, discussing their service insurance needs and supporting with any enquiries they may have about various policies from Home, Motor or Pet insurance.

About the role of an Insurance Sales Advisor

* Take inbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies
* Identifying opportunities to upsell dependent on the customers needs
* Ensuring they find the right solution through strong product knowledge
* Working towards KPI's and SLA's

To be an Insurance Sales Advisor

* Previous experience in sales is desirable
* Advantageous to hold 12 months experience within contact centre environment
* Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment
* Able to use initiative
* Have a desire to succeed

About the company

* £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
* Based in central Manchester
* Mon 8am - 6pm, Tuesday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm (worked on rota basis)
* Chance to earn bonus
* 24 days annual leave
