The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Writing adverts
• Sourcing candidates
• Lead generation
• Business development
• Candidate screening and interviews
• Client meetings

The Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Ambitious, driven, money-motivated, hard-working - recruitment is not 9-5.
• Sales/telesales experience preferred but not essential - you will be on the phone a lot.
• Candidates ideally have 2:1 degree - 2:2 will be considered.
• Culture is important to this client and team players will thrive.
