Senior Quantity Surveyor Job. Interior and light construction works company. Up to \u00A340K and 25 hols.
Your new company
Based on the Western outskirts of Coventry this successful interior works contractor is seeking an experienced and successful senior level QS to join their thriving team. My client operates across the Midlands, delivering works primarily in the Birmingham Coventry areas. Presently, my client operates mainly in the education sector, however, they also deliver works in the health and commercial sectors and they typically touch on light civils works on many projects. In terms of project specifics, they perform major and minor refurbishments, fit-out, extension construction and associated groundworks\/paving.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be managing the day to day commercial activity for various projects. You will be working alongside intermediate and assistant QS's and you will report directly to the Commercial Manager. You will have significant responsibility and undertake all the duties associated with a senior and highly seasoned QS.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a very significant amount of experience as a QS in the construction industry. You must have a good amount of experience with working on interior works, however, your specific experience can be relatively flexible. You must be highly competent and have a proven track record of success from your career thus far.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary up to \u00A365,000 is on offer. This will be offered based on your individual experience. You will also receive a car allowance and a highly attractive holiday package of 25 days plus statutory leave.
