JOHNS&CO are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator in our newly opened office in Brentford.

We are a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets who also have a portfolio of more traditional properties. We service Investors, Tenants, Vendors and Buyers in the UK and have international offices and a large presence in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Our people are the core of everything we do and why we have been so successful over the last 7 years. Yes you heard it right, 11 offices in 8 years (we must be doing something right hey?!)

We are looking for a hungry, driven and proactive Negotiator. We require industry experience for our Brentford position due to the volume of work. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
• Conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Assisting the branch manager with market appraisals and vendor management
• Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
