Client Delivery Consultant (HR/Compensation Tech SaaS) Job Purpose The Client Delivery Consultant role is an important position within our expanding Customer team. This is a multi-faceted role with a big focus on supporting delivery excellence in client engagements, helping to assess client needs and translate them into fit-for-purpose outcomes. Day-to-day you'll support job architecture transformations and input into AI job content generation by ensuring alignment to client frameworks, language and governance standards. You'll work closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Implementation, Technology and Machine Learning to ensure a smooth path to client delivery, platform adoption and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Supporting end-to-end job architecture transformations from discovery through design, solution build and delivery. Analyzing and interpreting client data to help create clear, fit-for-purpose job architecture designs. Owning the delivery component of small-medium client engagements - supporting workshops, undertaking data analysis and executing on delivery. Supporting the AI content generation process by preparing briefs, providing inputs and requirements, and reviewing outputs for accuracy and alignment to client-specific frameworks and requirements. Preparing high-quality datasets for platform upload, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborating with internal teams to manage timelines, risks, dependencies and project updates. To be successful in this role, you will have A background as a proven team member in HR transformation, Compensation and/or Human Capital Consulting projects within a Consultancy environment. Working knowledge of job architecture structures and design (families, levelling, titling), with a grasp of how design choices impact downstream HR processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. Excellent Excel skills and confidence (and enthusiasm for) using and learning new software tools, including AI tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently on project components while collaborating effectively with internal and client stakeholders. An excitement for how HR technology and machine learning can support HR processes.
