HSE Manager

HSE Recruitment are currently exclusively working with a major metal and alloy production company on the recruitment of a HSE Manager to be based from their site in Hereford.

As a HSE Manager you will work closely with the shop floor on day to day health and safety risks, policies and procedures. You will need to be very hands on and engaging in your approach and comfortable in an operational setting. You will also have the opportunity to assist the HSE Director with their culture change programme across the Hereford sites and potentially others. You will be an good communicator, with the ability to talk to and engage with senior management, as well as creating a culture of trust and communication at shop floor and middle management level. You will understand production priorities and pressures and will be able to work collaboratively with staff to ensure that Safety remains a priority even in times of pressure.

You will have NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum (or equivalent). In return you will receive a salary of £45-55k per annum plus benefits. For more information please contact
