BASIC £22/26,000 DOE £45/50,000 OTE + Car Allowance
My client is looking for a motivated, professional Estate Agent with a proven history in residential sales. The ideal candidate will be consistent, personable, and responsible for the Sales Department of their busy South London office.
You will need to have experience as a residential sales manager, a strong experienced assistant sales manager may be considered. You will also need to have great communication skills, be a strong negotiator and highly organised and.
As a Sales Manager, you will need to:
- Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximise revenues and grow the property register
- Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
- Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetings
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Sales/Assistant sales manager experience in Estate agency - ESSENTIAL
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
- Be able to work effectively managing a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Be insured for business use
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
