Trainee Recruiter - Fintech Recruitment - Central London

RULE is currently working with a top specialist Fintech recruitment firm, located in Bank, Central London. They are looking to take on 3 new graduate recruiters to help expand their London team.

What does the role entail?

Recruitment is essentially a sales role - selling job opportunities to candidates and selling great candidates to your clients. The day to day of a recruitment consultant would involve, however is not limited to:

• Writing and posting job adverts onto sites such as Reed, Indeed, and CV Library
• Screening CV's
• Interviewing candidates
• Preparing candidates for interviews with your clients
• Booking in interviews
• Winning new clients
• Attending client meetings to keep up to date with hiring requirements
• Negotiating the best deal for your candidate

Who are they looking for?

• Recent graduate from a top 20 university with a minimum of a 2:1 degree
• Experience in sales is desirable however not essential

• Financially motivated
