Due to business growth we are excited to announce a new opening within our sales team. We are currently seeking Sales Support Staff to join our Activation Team.
As an Activation Team Member your role will be take hot opportunities that come from our internal Sales Team and work closely with the customer in finalizing sales agreements and getting them up and running to do business with us, ultimately helping to close the sale.
This role will include both back office and customer engagement elements, whilst full training will be provided, we work with a client with a continuously changing business so there will be a level of self-learning in keeping up to date.

On a typical day, you'll
You will be working closely with our Sales Team making outbound calls to businesses working closely with the decision maker in getting their account setup, paperwork signed and the customer transacting.
Be proactive and manage your day in line with the priorities.
• Supporting the Sale closing process, onboarding and maintaining customer relationships, following up with existing customers to support business growth
• Customer Contact strategy consists of four different call types - Customer Onboarding, New Account Follow Up, Call Cycle and Messages.
• Building strong and long-lasting relationships with Business Decision Makers by helping them get setup and shipping.
• Determine best solution for customer based on their shipping profile and information provided by the Sales Team.
• Working closely with our client's internal departments in order to get the customers' accounts up and running in a timely manner.
• Complete the required activity levels daily with the sole goal to have conversations, meetings and Close Sales.
• Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers and acquire volume from new customers.

• B2B Sales Experience is required.
• Administration Experience including proficiency in MS Excel
