Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with excellent team management skills?
Would you like a role where no one day is the same, where you'll be working with a great admin team and dealing with a range of stakeholders and contractors?
We are helping our St Albans based client to recruit an Operations Manager initially on a short term contract with a view to a permanent role.

Your role will include:
• Managing a team of internal staff giving guidance and direction on a daily basis
• Working with the local community across a range of plans and events
• Communicating to contractors, stakeholders and management team on a regular basis

It's a fast paced environment where you will have the chance to really take ownership of all aspects of the role, there's lots of face to face contact with a range of businesses in the local area and the opportunity to work with a great team

PLEASE NOTE THE ROLE INCLUDES SOME WEEKEND WORK
