• Applications are now being invited from Senior Lettings Negotiators, Assistant Lettings Managers or existing Lettings Managers where you will take up the position as the Lettings Manager.
• You will be offered an initial £27,000 3 month salary guarantee with a then £18,000 basic salary with a commission structure not normally seen within the industry with 20% commission paid on move-in. The existing portfolio is only small with 6 managed units since our Clients have concentrated on residential sales however, there are between 25 and 30 properties that will be added as soon as the right candidate has been found and you will aslo earn an impressive 20% off of the managed portfilio.
• Realistic on target earnings in year one are between £35,000 and £40,000.
• We are ideally looking for an Agent who is already ARLA qualified. If not you will need to be prepared to gain your ARLA qualifications and to gain this is 120 hours of study and this will paid for at no cost to you.
