Joining a Claims Operations team you will have a busy day of duties to include setting up of claims, maintaining accuracy of input data and assist in updating data to support the MI reconciliations, liaising daily with the Operations team and Claims Teams to ensure all KPI's are met, assist in actioning diary items as advised, support additional processing requests from the Claims/Commutations areas under the guidance and authorisation of Operational Management. Ideally you would have worked in a similar position within insurance in an operational position. Some key attributes will include good attention to detail, able to work as part of a team with good IT skills.
