Lead Principal Python Developer - London - 120K + Benefits - London - Hybrid Working

Alexander Ash are currently partnered up with a well-known bank in the UK who are currently on the lookout for a Lead Principle Python Developer based in London

Role Purpose:

They are looking for highly experienced senior developer / tech lead to join the EFS Direct technology team working with the Structured Products Equity Derivatives business. As part of Markets Execution Technology (ME) the role is primarily focused on Front Office but works with Middle Office, Legal, Compliance and other associated functions as well. - The role is 70% Development and 15% level 2 support and 15% mentoring

Essential skills:

• Extensive experience developing medium to large size Python applications
• Experience of working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience of server-side development & multi-threaded code
• Knowledge of Equity Derivatives/Structured products, specially within electronic markets (FIX, REST, online etc.) arena serving structured retail indirect channels.
• Experience of cross-region teams and projects
• Experience of HTTP protocol and web services
