Gateway Product Analyst - The Role:
The Gateway Technical Interaction Coordinator's responsibilities include working within the eCom Gateway Team to:
Review and define business requirements, including:
- Shopping cart plugins and other services with interact with the gateway
- Define and participate in UAT testing on projects requiring implementation
- Set minimal requirements for plugin to be listed
- Sign off process: - Marketing, Tech, Product
- Ongoing management and support
- Training requirements
- Regular review to keep plugins up to date and relevant Example - 3ds 2 support, branding
- Identify new carts for target verticals (i.e. WPM and/or Capita for universities)
- Having our own full shopping cart (i.e. shop in a box, we supply acquiring/Shopping cart/Gateway, simplify for merchants)
You will also work closely with the wider Product and Partner team for an aligned strategy
Gateway Product Analyst - Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Understand business requirements from Merchants and sales from what is required in a plugin to make it viable
- Work with the partners team to eliminate blockers
- Assist in the production of ongoing collateral material, competitor analysis, presentations to support the Sales Team
- Be the central knowedlege point of shopping cart
- Work with Dev and external development resources to build and update current and future plugins
- Work with the Partnership and sales team when a new commercial agreement is required or when a new partner is brought on board to evaluate if this can be a listed plugin
Gateway Product Analyst - Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a technical role
- An ability to read technical documentation and translate to customer level
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with gateways and integration methods
- Knowledge of Shopping carts and integrations considered an asset
