Inbound Sales Executive

Due to tremendous company growth, we are looking to recruit for experienced sales executives to join an award-winning health insurance provider as they look to expand their sales team. This is a fully remote role paying £23,000 basic with an additional £750-£1,500 per month for just hitting your target.

Working within one of the fastest growing departments in the business you will have a structured progression plan which will outline how you get everything from pay rises to promotions. The Package for a Sales Executive:

£23,000 basic salary
Earn £750 extra for hitting target and up to £1500 for going beyond

Duties of a Sales Executive:

Purely inbound call which will either be pre-qualified or direct enquiries
Conducting a fact find with the customer finding out exactly what they are looking for
Using product knowledge to help sale the product to prospective customers
Making sure you remain compliant as it is a regulated environment
Supporting the customer to help them back the best role for them

Experience needed for this Sales Executive role:

At least 12 months experience within a sales role
Previously worked to targets both activity and revenue based
Ideally worked within a Financial Services role
