Senior Systems Engineer - Outside IR35 - Remote Working Offered
Senior Systems Engineer required on an initial 6 month contract to contribute to the System Design Team of the programme. You will contribute to the specification, design, development, and validation of solutions and be responsible for the delivery of a robust System Design addressing the particular interests of stakeholders, whilst also describing the specific aspects of the system to inform the Product level design.
Typical activities will include:
- Requirements Analysis
- Use Case development
- Functional and feature specification
- Elaboration of designs
- Liaison with cross functional teams to develop and regularly deliver working software/solutions
You will bring to the team your significant experience of Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML/UML/System Modelling etc. Deriving design artefacts (such as use cases, sequence diagrams and specifications), at the System-Level.
Ideally, you will also have experience in some of the following:
- You will have experience with development of Military Communications or Networking Systems, including computers, network infrastructure, platform integration, applications, radios or system management
- Practical experience of product and system integration testing
- Tools such as DOORs, PTC Integrity Modeller, IBM Rational Rhapsody, RTC or RQC
