Job Description
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly respected Charity based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced HR generalist on an interim basis for c3-4 months, covering a vacent position and a staff absence.
This role will support their HR Director and a talented HR team, to deliver Recruitment and Employee Relations to the business.
Suitable applicants will possess strong employment law knowledge, with the ability to management cases through to resolution and, solid recruitment exposure, managing the full '360' lifecycle of recruitment, from initial job taking and advert writing, through to making offers, onboarding and, everything in between!
N.B. This role is full time, with four or five days required in the Swindon office.
