Our client is an industry changing organisation, looking to transform the surfactant industry from a heavy polluting one, into a greener, more environmentally friendly contributor to the scientific sector.
Based in Manchester, and currently undergoing substantial growth with considerable investment, including the building of a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility due to open in 2023, our client is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team.
You will be responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships, whilst promoting our clients "the customer comes first" ethos.
The key responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
• directly selling to customers
• managing customer accounts
• gaining and securing pre-orders for the new manufacturing plant
• Liaising with various teams around the company to ensure prompt delivery of customers orders.
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. As well as a competitive renumeration package, you will also receive shares in the company, as well as a flexible approach to work, our client understands that every candidate has different circumstances.
Candidates are encouraged to apply who:

• hold a degree or equivalent in a scientific field
• can demonstrate good knowledge of supply chains and customer service
• are exceptional communicators
Previous experience in fermentations and/or surfactants is desirable but not essential.
