About youDo you know the ins and outs of an Estate Agent and have a good knowledge of the local area? Do you have good verbal and written communication skills? You will need to be able to communicate at all levels and have a good sense of humour. You will need to be motivated with good time management skills as you will have the independence to run your own diary. If you are a team player but have the ability to also work on your own initiative, this role could be for you.

The role in a nutshell - Vet and register perspective applicants and buyers
- Arrange an conduct viewings and valuations
- Assisting the rest of the team, reaching targets and delivering support where you can
- Generating new business
- Provide vendors with feedback and discuss potential buyers
- Negotiate on offers
- Progress sales, general admin and ad-hoc duties
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors regarding remedial works
- Be an ambassador for the brand and uphold the high reputation
