Great opportunity to be lead by one of the best market leading Estate Agents who are based in Berkshire with their multi branches now in Earley, Reading, Woodley,Twyford and Caversham they can offer ongoing training and a wealth of knowledge of the property market in this area, they are looking for Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiators, the base for these positions are in Reading and Twyford, possibly Caversham!

You will get to know the basics and start from scratch from how to book viewings in and conduct them shadowing experienced staff and getting confidence to go out on your own, you must be able to drive, a pool car may be there on offer but preferably you will need your own car.

You will need to have great customer service skills, a polite and professional telephone manner and a can do attitude as everyday you will face different challenges and tasks.

This is a great long term career opportunity where you can move up the ladder and progress into being a Senior Negotiator and Valuer after 2-3 years where then the money will reach £40k OTE, this is not just a Trainee position it is a start of a long career to be had in Estate Agency.
