Senior Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Oxfordshire's most loved agents as a Senior Property Manager based in the Bicester office. They are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Property Manager, or within lettings and ideally hold a level 3 ARLA certificate or above.

You will be managing a portfolio of properties to a high standard, making sure the communication between landlords and tenants is at an exceptional level. Resolving issues raised by landlords and tenants quickly and effectively. Working as a team making sure colleagues and contractors are kept informed and aware of your actions. Follow the customer journey and make sure the processes and procedures are maintained to the agreed standards.

Responsibilities and key skills in a nutshell

• ARLA qualification to at least level 3 or happy to work towards
• Previous Property Management or Lettings experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
• Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft office packages - experience of using Reapit and KPR would be an advantage but not essential.
• Good time/diary management, punctual always

Package

• £30,000 to £32,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17.30
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
• 23 days plus bank holidays
• Parking permit
