Lettings Negotiator
Basic: £18,000 -£22,000.
OTE: £25,000 -£30,000.
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Hours and Holiday
Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00.
1 in 2 Saturdays.
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

About You
Do you have experience within the Lettings industry? If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a proactive approach, this role could be for you.
You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as be part of a team.
Do you have an adaptable nature and are able to communicate with people from all walks of life? If you are flexible and have a helpful approach to work, you will fit in very well.

Role in a nutshell
- Registering applicants and matching them to properties in their search criteria.
- Arrange and conduct viewings.
- Negotiate deals.
- Maintain regular contact with landlords.
- Identify the landlords and tenants needs to patch propositions.
- Help generate new business.
- Answering client enquiries.
- General administrative assistance within the office.
