The Role
You will deliver the day to day operation and supervise all estates activities and tasks across designated sites, ensuring information, systems, and records are maintained current and services are delivered to a consistent standard. You will organise, coordinate, lead and deliver tasks, duties and activities timely, (including those by 3rd party providers) to meet our SLA and statutory compliance. You will coordinate and ensure all internal rooms moves and room set up for events; exams; induction; open events; enrolment or other such needs are undertaken timely. You will also be responsible to ensure all inspections, tests, servicing, surveys and assessments are completed to ensure statutory requirements and key actions/recommendations provided are actioned and will support the Operations Manager with tendering procedures. The role will manage junior staff members including Estate Officers and Assistant Estate Officers.
Skills and Experience
You will have experience in a lead role in a Facilities Management service coupled with knowledge of procurement policies. You will have knowledge and experience of managing day to day operation of sites and supervising tasks/work to ensure they are delivered to a high standard. You will also have knowledge of financial regulations and procedures relating to tendering and quotation levels. You will also have experience of delivering excellent service standards and have good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and tender documentations.
