An exciting opportunity has arisen within our legal software support department for an Entry Level Customer Support Analyst. The software support team offers support to our customers on a variety of different products including our product Carpe Diem. Carpe Diem is one of the leading time recording products in the Legal Market. As well as providing support on this the successful applicant will provide support for other Advanced OwnIP products as well as support for our third party product NetDocuments.
What you will doSuccessful candidates will join a one week bootcamp to develop their soft skills and system knowledge prior to starting the role. You will then be supported by senior members of your team to help develop your knowledge within the product you are supporting, followed by continuous development as part of our Support Development Programme.
