This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Designer to become part of an agency environment that promotes creativity, allows people to flourish, and to be themselves.

They've gone through a management shift in the last 3 years giving them a new lease of life and have recently hired a Talent Development Director with years of BIG agency experience; helping to fine tune their processes and continue pushing forward.

Creativity shines through everything they do and is the lifeblood of the agency. The big idea and concept shines through multiple types of media in one campaign, allowing their clients to gain the exposure they're looking for, across every platform.

The ideal person will be fresh out of university with a design degree intact, or have 12 months' experience under their belt, ready to get stuck into the design industry, and get involved with creative projects that challenge briefs.

They are looking for designers who can blend design and art, to produce stunning work that turns heads and alters perceptions. There is genuine room for creativity, allowing you to really spread your wings in a collaborative way, working as a team!
