Nursery Deputy Manager

Maples Day Nursery in Winchester.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager qualified to level 3 or above you will earn £27,904.50 - £30,907.50 per annum (£14.31-£15.85 per hour) working 37.5 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will work with the Nursery Manager to effectively deliver high quality standards of care, promote partnerships with families and external agencies and ensure every child thrives in a safe and secure environment. You will uphold all company policies and Ofsted requirements and ensure that colleagues do the same by role modelling outstanding practice within the rooms and offering appropriate mentoring and coaching as required. You will effectively manage parent queries and, in the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will assume overall responsibility of the nursery.
