Your new role
The field service manager will be managing a team of field service engineers throughout the UK.
What you will need to succeed
• 5+ years working in the renewable energy sector with experience with solar engineer and battery storage
• 17th or 18th edition
• Experience managing a team of individuals
Roles and Responsibilities
• Line management of the Field Service Team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating
• Visit other sites when needed
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of electrical testing, High Voltage and safety documents that are suitable for audit
• Implement new procedures and technical bulletins to ensure installers and engineers are fully compliant at all times
• Leading all activities on sites and ensuring the annual maintenance plans are achieved as per contractual obligations
• Working with the Senior Planner, to ensure the most efficient planning of field activities is maintained and maximizing productivity at all times
What you will get in return
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be paid a salary of up to £55,000
10% annual bonus
