Graduate/Trainee Lettings Negotiator - West London

An exceptional client of ours are now recruiting for a Graduate/Trainee Lettings Negotiator position for their successful West London office.

Job Description:

You will negotiate the let of residential properties by proactively calling, qualifying and ultimately negotiating with potential tenants as they enquire and will ensure to deliver a world class service to vendors by delivering the best results possible.

Package Includes:

• £15k Basic
• 8% Commission + bonuses and incentives to increase basic
• Realistic £35k OTE
• Car & Phone Allowance

You must ideally meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of the lettings market (desirable).
• Full DL & Car.
• Degree educated (desirable, not essential).
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Enthusiasm and drive.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
