If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the Older People's Team based in south and mid Powys. We have made great progress in Powys Adult Services. You will be joining a motivated and passionate team that values its workforce and promotes innovation and embraces new ways of working to meet ongoing challenges.
We are looking for a highly motivated, reflective and creative professional with a social work or suitable allied, professional qualification (i.e. nurse or occupational therapist) to lead this team. You will be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively across our health and care system.
