EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a successful independent estate agency brand with offices covering Central and South West London for their well established office covering the affluent area of Chelsea.
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator with at least 12 months experience and a proven track record of hitting targets.
This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to earn an uncapped income ( £44,400 OTE) with a market leading company which has received various awards and accolades over the years.
The role of lettings negotiator involves but not limited to; qualifying potential tenants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. Negotiating offers and working closely with our lettings coordinator to ensure smooth tenancy transactions for their clients.
You will also be working closely with the Sales Department, in house property manager and Corporate Relocation Department, being an instinctive team player is essential in order to deliver the highest levels of customer service to landlords and tenants and exceed their expectations.

A desire to want to grow the company & provide outstanding customer service
Package/Benefits:
* Basic Salary: £22,000pa
* Realistic OTE £44,400 (un-capped, most exceed this) - Commission £20,000 personal lettings target and 10% paid per let with £2,400 company target)
* Pool car (new Honda e) & iPhone are provided.
* Working hours are 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6pm on Friday. 9.30am to 3.30pm every other Saturday. Half day given or £125 paid in lieu.
* 21 Days holiday per annum.
* ARLA/propertymark training is provided as well as numerous other company provided courses
