We are recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful Lettings department dealing with a variety of high-end properties from 1 bedroom apartments to stunning period houses.
The ideal candidate has experience as a Lettings Negotiator working in London, have the ability to nurture long term relationships with new clients and understand the importance of high-quality conversations. This role can offer you the opportunity to really have a long-term career and the ability to earn a lucrative income of £60K + on target earnings.

The role:
Lettings Negotiator
Registering new applicants, identifying their specific requirements and discussing suitable properties
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Keeping clients regularly updated their property's marketing and feedback
Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
Ensuring that Lettings compliance is met
Building long term strong relationships with clients
Working closely with the Lettings team and Directors to achieve business objectives
Identifying opportunities to generate new business
Following up on all new enquiries and queries
Offering a professional and efficient service
Experience/Skills required:
1 years experience working within a Senior Lettings Negotiator role
Experience working within a Prime area of Central London
A thorough understanding of all aspects of the lettings process
Ability to build rapport with great conversational skills
Ideally ARLA/NFoPP (preferred)
Clean driving licence and own car
Benefits/Package:
£18k - £22k basic salary per annum
Lucrative commission structure
£50K + On target earnings
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm/ Every other Saturday TBC
