My client, a multinational professional services company are looking for change analsyts to join their team on a permanent basis in London. They are currently looking for varying levels of experience and hiring for associate and senior associate roles.
* Understanding the gap between the skills, capacity and capability of their current organisation against what they need to deliver their business strategy (through strategic workforce planning), developing a plan to close that gap (their workforce strategy)
* Building an organisation of the right size and shape through effective organisation design
* Building a talent, learning and performance strategy in order to build capability
* Developing an employee experience that supports an individual's journey with an organisation, ensuring that it has inclusion at its very heart
* Assessing and identify inclusion and diversity opportunities and develop a strategy to fully leverage them to achieve better business outcomes
* Developing programmes to help drive behavioural change and promote a more inclusive corporate culture
* Reviewing purpose and the link to strategy in order to create a sustainable and high performing business Key Responsibilities
* Strong organisational skills - experience of managing the successful delivery of projects, bringing structure to sometimes very complex programmes of work
* Dedication to client service - Experience of building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing high levels of client service.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Experience of communicating with a wide range of clients, at all levels of the organisation
* Commitment to learning - Growth mindset and also experience in helping to coach and developing junior staff
