We have an amazing opportunity to join our thriving and growing Sales team in our new office in West London. Since opening Brentford in April it has quickly become one of our busiest offices and as such we need the BEST negotiators to handle the pace and who are motivated to help the office grow.
As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors and Buyers in the UK and have international offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Within 8 years we have opened 11 offices and are continuing to grow year on year. If you are looking for a place where you can progress, earn very good money and be part of a team that feels like a family do not hesitate to apply!

What does the role entail?
- Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Working as a team to ensure annual target is met
- Helping expand the office
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
- Helping us to achieve our vision- being 'the Number one Property Company in the UNIVERSE!
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of a years' experience in a Sales Negotiator position
- A can do attitude with self-motivation and target driven
- Local market knowledge
- Confident and proactive nature
- Customer focused attitude
- Full Driving Licence
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday On rota 10am-4pm
