Senior Estimator

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Senior Estimator for a well-respected housebuilder in Bristol.

The role will be a senior position in the commercial team with junior team members to manage & mentor. It will entail working closely with the land team on potential sites they are looking to acquire, and the sales team on the specification and pricing.

You will have worked for a housebuilding development company in an estimating role, working on land appraisals, cash flows and budgets and costs and familiar with preparing information for quantity surveying & buying teams.
