ROLE: Customer Success Manager

SALARY: £25-27k basic + OTE up to £39k

LOCATION: Bristol HQ

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be guiding senior executives on a journey through industry leading virtual engagements, from welcoming all executives to their chosen GDS Summit to hosting their follow up call post event.
You will be working in the heart of our summit's division, working closely with multiple internal departments to manage & maintain the relationship GDS has with their executives pre, during & post summit.
You will engage directly with senior executives, ensuring they get the most value out of their summit experience. You will support them in creating their unique summit profiles, tailoring their bespoke schedules & managing their post-summit follow up process.
You will be providing an unrivalled, white-glove experience for senior executives across North America & Europe.

Responsibilities, Duties and KPI's

End to end management of the customer journey with all senior executives, providing value & support across all touchpoints.
Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders within the business to deliver on all required touchpoints to ensure a cohesive & seamless customer journey.
Managing the follow up campaign within required timeframes, responsible for securing a minimum of 40% Stage 2 meetings between client & executive.
Facilitating all Stage 2 meetings within the required timeframe.
Effectively managing all associated administration for business reporting.

About you

The successful applicant will be able to effectively communicate with C-levels via multiple streams of communication.
The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to use CRM's such as Salesforce, Microsoft teams successfully.
