A changing business with big ambitions, we're now looking to recruit a Business Performance Analyst.
About the role
You'll play a key part in the commercial success of our Drax Commercial business, and your knowledge on our competitive position will help inform strategic decisions.
Joining our proactive Business Performance team, you'll be part of a team analysing retail trends, reviewing performance, and developing the strategy which shapes our business direction. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of interesting and high-profile projects that will deliver huge benefits to the Drax Group.
About you
As a Business Performance Analyst you will be using your analytical skills on a daily basis so a great focus on detail and accuracy will be pivotal in your success in this role. Using your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll also be expected to present your actions, conclusions and make recommendations to management teams.
You'll need to have an interest in analytics, with some knowledge of Microsoft Excel (any experience using SQL would be a bonus) as these skills will set you up for success in the job. Having a background in a highly numerate field would be beneficial to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible. Your dedication and ambition to progress will be supported with training and opportunities to work on different projects.
