Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Product Genius to join their business based out of their luxury prestige BMW Bolton Dealership.
As a Product Genius you will inspire and excite customers in the dealership with in-depth product information and insight and promote the unique selling points of BMW products and benefits.
About the role of Product Genius:
* To keep up to date with latest technologies/internet information/product updates.
* To be able to demonstrate the functions/abilities of the vehicles to customers in a simple/effective and engaging way.
* To be responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demonstrator cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
* To plan and manage the customer test drive process and online booking system with the sales executives and offer product insight during the test drive appointment.
To be a Product Genius you will:
* An individual that can deliver excellent customer service
* A passion for cars
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be driven to succeed
* Work well in fast paced busy environments
