Diversity: We are an inclusive employer and value a diverse workforce
Would you like to join an award-winning HR team, providing support and advice to over 10,000 staff, who work every day to provide services such as adult care services, children's services, community protection, public health, highways and transport, sustainability, resources, and our traded commercial services. There has never been a more exciting time to join the team as we rethink Future Working as part of our Beyond Today transformation ambition.
You will work with the HR leadership team, and report to the Director of Human Resources to provide direction on a range of workforce matters. The Employee Relations and Business Partner teams are fundamental to the HR Department's reputation and relevance to services, partners, and unions, with an expectation of continuous improvement.
You need to be curious, innovative, with the ability to come to solutions and make recommendations, in an environment of increased demand and complexity. This means your ability to disrupt and rethink the way services are provided will be essential.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to come with the desire to help shape the future of work here and beyond. At the heart of your application should be your demonstrable ability to lead and motivate others to ensure excellent and exemplary HR customer service.
